D1000 and hot-swappable disks.

I've a very simple question, is Sun StorEdge D1000 a Hot-swappable disk disk
array?
if yes, then how can I replace a disk while the system online?
Note:
the system configuration is:
E4500
Solaris 7
two D1000 Disk Arrays -- configured as mirrored
