Starting CDE from SSH Shell Prompt

Hello,

Is there a way to start a CDE session from a remote SSH session using
something like Reflections for Windows or from a shell on Linux? I can bring
up SMC, and other GUI tools this way, but would also like to bring up the
entire CDE. Thanks!
