SUMMARY: patchrm issue

As it turns out, somehow the /var/sadm/patch/.patchDB got corrupted. So
I'll need to figure out how to restore it because it looks like this
server wasn't getting backed either. Still not sure what caused the
corruption in that I was removing patches one-by-one when this all of a
sudden happened.
