How to know swap size

how do i know the swap size from df -h output,as it
differ from real swap fileystem created . i dont have
swap -l or -s command output available with me ,
i have created 16G swap on server, it shows 21G in df
-h
swap 21G 24K 21G 1% /tmp
what is the theory and how to know excatly filesystem
created from output df -h
