U10 recognized 31Gb only

We have IDE drive IBM DeskStar IC35L060AVER07 (Capacity: 61,5 Gb) intend for
SUN Ultra 10. (OS: Solaris 7)
But U10 recognized 25 Gb only. Using switches on the drive
we can get it understand maximum of 31,5 Gb only.
We made changes to format.dat file for this drive on basis of
data from the box of the drive:
disk_type = "IC35L060AVER07-0" \
: ctlr = ata \
: ncyl = 16381 : acyl = 2 : pcyl = 16383 \
: nhead = 16 : nsect = 63 : rpm = 7200
partition = "IC35L060AVER07-0" \

: 2 = backup, wm, 0, 120103200 \
: 6 = unassigned, wm, 0, 120103200
But no effect.
Has anyone got an example of format.dat file for this drive
that recognizes all 60 GB OR
may be we need additional configuration to achieve this
