My question:
§I'm installing the ImageMagick package and got the following message:

§hostname% ./convert
§ld.so.1: ./convert: fatal: libresolv.so.2: can't open file: errno=2

§I copied the libs that came with the package to /usr/lib. But this lib didn't
come. Where can I find it?

§System Sparcs 4 and 5
§Solaris 2.4 and 2.5.1
Answers:
The patch 103663-11 has libresolv.so.2. Get it from sunsolve or somwehere and
install it.

Check to see if you have /usr/lib/libresolv.*, you should see
libresolv.so.2. Then just setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include /usr/lib,
which you should. Another thing you can do is compile the source and
include the -R/usr/lib so that it will search the right place
automatically.

This might be the solution:
% setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH $LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/lib
libresolv.so.2 is usually found in /usr/lib
