Terminal server

I am looking for a terminal server, which will connect to the serial port of a
number of E450's, E250's E5000, etc and allow console access either remotely
over a modem (connected to the terminal server) or through a TCP connection on
the terminal server. The terminal server must support secure logins (no clear
text) i.e. SSH. I have found a number of terminal servers mentioned on the
net including the following link which appears to support everything I want.
Has anyone got other recommendations, endorsements or things to look out for.
