terminal server for Netra

We will be getting over 50 Sun Netra for our operational network.
Does anyone has recommendation for terminal server (console switch)
for managing the Netra? We prefer to have network connection to
allow us to telnet (ssh, better yet) to the box and then choose
session to connect to the Netra.
So far, we have looked at the following vendors
Western Telematic Inc. CMS-16
Lightwave Communications ConsoleServer 3200
Cisco 2511
