LUN mapping between OS and clariion

How do I map what LUN corresponds to what disk Solaris 8 sees (using a
clariion setup)?
We have navisphere but its running on a Win2k box. I do see that there are
navisphere and
clairion packages installed on the host computers. Are there any command
line
utilities that are available to do this?
