SUMMARY: CDE Locking.

Since this sounded like a 'sudo' problem, that was the solution most
people suggested, that wouldnt solve it(rather that wouldnt be the way i
wanted to solve it)
Hap Hinrichs had the "right" solution.
In ~/.Xdefaults
DTsession*keys: root,joe,dust
