802.3ad Support under Solaris 8

Can you help me as im looking to find a way to support 802.3ad(LACP) under
Solaris 8.
I'm sure its purchasable from SUN but are the packages freely available? if
so where?

I'm aware 802.3ad is supported under Solaris 10 by default.
