Sendmail question

I wanted to get some help with a problem I am having. Let me start off
with the server is an internal Solaris 2.6 server running Sendmail 8.9.3. My
manager has asked me to capture all email from a particular user due to
excessive email traffic.
How can I capture all outgoing email for a particular user
(user at domain.com) to a file or another location but still let the email be
delivered normally ? I looked into using an entry in /etc/mail/aliases but
this affects incoming email only.
Thanks in advance for such a great mailing group - I always find something
interesting or new almost every day.
