Sparc CPU flaw/questions

I'm about to be looking at picking up several new systems, and doing the
usual research on the gear. If anyone out there has information on the
following, can they please help?
1. Where can I find detailed information of the (supposed?) Sparc Cache/CPU
flaw, and which chips it may affect?
2. Where can I find good information (ie, performance specs, detailed info
on processors/cache, etc) on Sun's systems? I am looking, in specific, for
differences between normal Ultras, Enterprise Ultras and Netra servers. Sun
has some intresting info on them, but what I'd like to see is what the
difference between these systems, as the processors seem to be the same (or
am I wrong?)
3. I've heard rumors that the UltraSparc-IIi is slower than the
UltraSparc-II, is this true, or legend? If it's true, where can I find info
on the processors themselves, and what they're capable of?
