AutoRaise for OpenWindows

Hi all.

Thanks everyone for the responses. Some said the setting is

under Miscellaneous but it's not. You can only set the focus

there. Some mentioned of settings under CDE which I didn't have.

Some said "OpenWindows.AutoRaise: True"

I tried that in .OWdefaults before asking the question but it

didn't work.

I installed CDE and had this configured with the GUI.
