Probe-scsi-all got error: bus fault?

I have a NetraT1 server running Solaris 8 (SunOS 5.8 Generic_108528-27
sun4u sparc SUNW,UltraAX-i2.) I need to add A1000
disk array into it, but before that at OK prompt I try to do probe-scsi-all
and got line after line:
"Bus fault
Bus fault"
The server is sunning fine, if I don't do probe-scsi-all.
