Thanks to the many people who promptly responded. The overwhelming vote was
for "wget" by GNU. Precompiled versions can be found at
http://www.sunfreeware.org/ and the source can be found at any mirror of
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/wget/.

One person also suggested lynx --source URL. I haven't tried that yet. Now I
have to figure out how to get wget to go through a proxy.... :)
