keeping two systems in sync

I have configured rsync to keep two remote systems in sync. All modified and newly added files are copied from source to destination. But, what if I delete a file from source. Could some tell me an easy way to keep destination system in sync with source (the deleted file from source need to be deleted at destination as well.). Can rsync do this? or any other easy method.
