Parsing a script whenever a user logs in

Dear managers,

I need to parse a script in bash as follows

. /opt/GNUstep/System/Makefiles/GNUstep.sh

whenever a user logs in. Where's the best place to insert this on
Solaris 8? We use bash and tcsh. I have already done this on one
machine but I can't remember which file I used.
