SUMMARY: Missing Flarcreate in Solaris 9 core install

The issue was a missing package <SUNWinst> that contains the
"flarcreate" command. The sollution is pretty simple.

* Mount the Solaris 9 Software Disk 1
* Traverse to the directory <cdrom mount point>/Solaris_9/Product
* Issue the command "pkgadd -d . SUNWadmc"
* Issue the command "pkgadd -d . SUNWadmfw"
* Issue the command "pkgadd -d . SUNWinst"
