Quick Question-E350 wont boot

One of my E350's wont boot, looks like error message is: (retyped...)
WARNING: forceload of drv/rdnexus failed
WARNING: forceload of drv/rdriver failed
WARNING: binit bufhwm out of range (10487600 (using 203904)
Best as I can from looking at the archives, it seems that the rdrive and
rdnexus
relate to the A1000 disk array on the system
Suggestions on best way of gettting system back up and running?
please tell me I'm not going to have to go in and modify the kernel?! (tia)
