Subject: More logging of system events

Hi guru's,

I've just discovered that changing processor sets, turning CPUs on and off,
etc, does not get logged in /var/adm/messages or /var/log/syslog

Does it get logged somewhere else at all? Does it get logged via the
syslog service?

Do I have to turn on logging of a a specific class / facility in order to
get this logging on.

What "additional" facilities would you recommend to be turned on for
logging as standard when building a new system.

Thanx,
_Johan
