Thermal warning. System shutdown.

My original problem was that one of the five Ultra machines of same
configuration as well as under same environmental condition was
shutting down giving the following error message in
/var/adm/messages file
Thermal warning Detected.
system going down on signal 15.
Lot of people has responded to my query.First of all thanx to
all.Almost all has suggested the same and the correct answer.It
seems to be a very common problem.
The solution:Fan on the CPU was not running.
