SPARCengine Ultra AXmp and X6541A SCSI adapter

I have a SPARCengine Ultra AXmp board and want to add a X65541A SCSI
adapter.
I am 99% sure it should work but before getting such a controller I want to
ask if someone
has any experience with this combination?
