Kernel panic

i have an ultra60 with 2.6 and fall 99 rec'd patch kit running as a license
server for cad apps. it periodically panics and reboots. iscda doesn't
give me any info i can use and there are several similiar listings in the
summaries but nothing really helped. i am running 105181-16 kernel patch
which is kind of outdated. does this look like a kernel patch problem or
hardware? anybody know what trap reason 0x2 means? any help would be
appreciated.
