how can more than one machine access the same files (read-only) on a SAN or NAS

my scenerio
a dozen of sun machines
a disk array
my question
i would like to connect all the servers to the disk array with fibre
channel
could all the servers access the same LUN on the disk array with
only one server can write, the other servers can only read?
what HW/SW i need ?
is it possible for all ther servers to be able to read/write without
messing up the file?
