Time change updates?

So what can be done to a Solaris 5.6 and 5.7 system with regard to the
time change?

Older OS (7 and lower) you need to either cough up $150.000,00 to pay to
Sun or download the latest timezone tables from www.nih.gov and roll
your own with /usr/bin/zic.
