Backup Error

Original Question:

=================

We've been getting the following error from our Solstice backup

and I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen this "WISS" error and/or knows

what it is and how to get rid of it.

thanx, I'll Summarize

Solution:

=========

General concensus of opinion is that the indices were messed up.

Sunsolve Doc 17771 gives details but in a nutshell running

        nsrck -F <hostname>

should fix the problem. If it doesn't then you either have to reload the

indices from tape backup or regenerate the indices.
