time problem on Solaris 2.6

The problem turned out to be that /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo was missing

all the timezone files for Australia and all the other regions.

The timezone selection was inadvertantly skipped during the install,

causing these files not to be installed.

I have copied them over from a freshly installed system and everything

is just fine now. :)
