class action script and wrong cksum

when I install a file with a class action script its size (and necessarily
its cheksum) is changed.
When I check the package with "pkgchk" a filesize and checksum error for
that special object is reported.
How can I adjust the contents-file after the installation is completed?
I experimented with installf but with no success.
