Raid event

i hope you all can give me some opinion/solution to this error (i think it
is not critical.. and for all who now about this please say it is not
critical)
E420R running Solaris 8 attached to A1000, Raid Manager 6.22 and L9
Autoloader, Volume Manager installed and configured & veritas net backup.
the problem is the root mailed me some error massage.
subject : raid event
An array event has been detected on Controller
Device Unknown at host [hostname] - Time 11/04/2001 03:01:17
last time this same message has been sent to me on 10/28/2001 around
03:02:xx (same day sunday). what i know root will email me if there is any
event (the raid manager script) accurs. is this email is sent because of
some event accur (maybe automatic backup) and why is the device unknown?
can anybody help?
