Time Zone On SUN OS

Thanks for all those who replied, almost instantaneously .. List is long

to put across all; the names .. my apologies for this.

1. Create a text file with following entrie

Zone IST 5:30 - IST

2. Complile this file using " zic (file name)"

this will create an output file IST in the present directory directory

3. Copy this file to /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo

4. Move localtime file as .old and link IST to localtime.

This will change the time zone.
