Solaris 2.6/LDAP

Thanks to the following for responding to my previous LDAP post:

My 2nd question:

iPlanet 5.1 on 2000 server.
The Solaris box is 2.6.

I read the doc's. I know LDAP apps and client are built into v8 & 9. And
that 2.6 is not supported by Sun per the Engineers and the documentation. I
don't see the apps needed in 2.6 to convert it over to LDAP.

Is it possible to use Solaris 2.6 with LDAP?

Any suggestions?
