Raid on Ultra10

I am new to this topic. Please forgive me if any one feel this is irrelevant
topic.
I have Ultra10 with Sun2.7 OS installed. I would like to do Raid on that
workstation. Can I do raid in IDE controller especially in Ultra10. If yes is
there any special software I need for raid controller?.
Is disk suite is enough?
also I need Installation and configuration guide. Can any one tell me where
can I find this?
