Problem setup with SPARCprinter ii (Lexmark 4039-S12)

I am trying to setup the an old SPARCprinter II (370-1711) with my
Ultra2 system, somehow
they are not communicating to each other. Every time I am sending a
request
printing jobs, they're staying in the queue idle and waiting for the
printing. But
if I setup & connect with another printers likes new inkjet HP or Epson,
then they are working fine.
I local connect the printer directly to system Ultra2 with Centronic
cable (regular parallel cable 25pins, using OS Solaris 8).
I'm using different methods both command line & GUI but there was not
thing happen.
Standard local printer command setup:
lpadmin -p <printername> -v /dev/bpp0 -T PS -I postscript
accept <printername>
enable <printername>
or admintool (GUI)
Check error messages on the /var/lp/logs " printer power is not on or
disconnected"
I hope if anyone has experienced about this printer please give me a
solution I really appreciate.
