RAM identification

I try to update an Ultra 2 machine with more RAM, I got a whole bunch of
RAM-Modules but unfortunately they are not labeled so I have no clue how
much MB per module I have.
I tried to find more info on google and also on sunsolve but it seems to
be very hard to get some more details about those modules.
I have the following modules (got more than one of each type):
KMM3144C213AT-6S
KMM3144C231BS-6S
KMM3144C404BS1-6S
MH2M144ATJ-6
I also tried to find the RAM type itself, most of the time with no luck.
If anyone knows how much MB those modules got I would be happy about a
short mail
