RAM UPGRADE

Hello,

I have a Workstation UltraSPARC-II 296MHz with 128 MBytes.
I need urgently upgrade the memory size.
But i dont know if it is possible or if its possible how is the maximum RAM size that i can put in my system and what kind/type of SIMMs.
Can someone know how to get or search information abou this.
