A5200 -no signal on interface board

1. I have an A5200 with 2 interface boards, 1 gbic on each int.board.
2. There is no signal (laser light) on gbic on one interface board,
when host is connected, no disks are available; where as other gbic on other
int.brd is ok.
3. I confirmed that the interface board and the gbic is good by
inserting these into other slot (there is a signal, path is ok, and host can
see the disks)
4. Now, I have changed the Interconnect assembly (540-2864), still the
problem stays the same
5. On the front panel LCD, the status of all components are ok
Please advice where can the problem be?
