Need info for configuring system for Kazakstan

All,

I was given a small tasks to order, install and configure E3500 Sun Server.
We will be installing all Solaris OS, Veritas, and Our software here.

Is there anything special configuration, we need to do for this system to
sent it outside of USA.

I am going with the following configuration.

E3500, 1 GB RAM, 4 CPU ( 4 X 400 MHz)
2 18.2 GB Disks
1 CPU/Memory Board
2 Power Cooling Module
17" Monitor and Turbo GX Graphics Card
A5200 Storage with 10 Disks.
Veritas Foundation Suite.

I will summarize it.
