A5X00 off-line Problem

Hardware recently replaced: all GBICs, all fibre cables, IO-Board.

E5500 has 3 I/O Boards. A5X00 connected to each I/O Board.
It appears irregulary. there isn't heavy disk io.
anyone who know about this? how can i do to solve it?
