about rsync can't work on solaris10

When I run rsync script on solaris10 (SunOS 5.10 Genreic_118855_14 i86pc i386 i86pc), it give me the following errors:

ld.so.1:rsync:fatal:libiconv.so.2: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Does anybody know the reason, I have searched the codeprof, find a mail about the question, but no answer.
