BAD TRAP; type=34 error

Hi,
I have a problem with my Ultra 5 machine with Solaris 9.
I was getting BAD TRAP; type=34 error messages and system is hanging.
I updated the Flash PROM with latest patch 106121-18
After updating the now the system is crashing continuously...

This is problem with Hardware or any thing else....?

Help me in this.
