Inode problem

I've got this sort of message in my /var/adm/messages:
unix: WARNING: ufs_readir: bad dir, inumber = 6764875, fs = /export
I've found the directory which is in cause of this error using find -inum .
I've tried to delete the directory but couln't manage to do it, it says that
file exists ....
Anyone could help me with this problem please ?
