L20 and E450

I`m trying to connect a L20 with Ultrium drive to a E450.
After install many patches, tested all cables, terminators, etc..
When I do probe-scsi-all seems the following message:
Target 2
Removable Device type 8 HP C7200
Target 4
Removable Tape Qualifier 40 HP Ultrium 1-SCSI
After finished the boot, I do mt stat and seems:
/dev/rmt/0n: no tape loaded or drive offline
What is happening ?
