Patch failure

I am having a problem installing patches on solaris2.6 O/S, I get the
following errors
"Patch 105216-04 failed to install due to a failure produced by pkgadd"
"pkgadd: ERROR: checkinstall script did not complete successfully
Dryrun complete.
No changes were made to the system."
any help will be appreciated,
