Install 4x146GB disks in Solaris V440 solaris, 181 minutes to format each one?

Hello,

I just installed some new disks (4 x 146GB disks) in a V440 Enterprise
Server-however, when I go to install Solaris 10 it says the disks are
not formatted,

I go to format and just for the first disk alone it says it is going to
take 181 minutes to format the disk. Is there anyway I can speed up this
process?
