IP Based URL Filter ( Apache Module mod_rewrite )

Hi, Managers

Good Morning all
I have one small query where By using
Apache 2.0 is it possible that I will redirect User to some specific sets of
sites ..( catching there BrowserIP )

Is it possible with Apache Module
mod_rewrite ? any body have ever tried that ?

For example: Based on
following ranges it shou
--------------------------------------------------------
USER IP
URL to redirect
------------------------------------------------------
192.168.2.0 http://www.pqr.com
205.1.18.0- 62.1.18.255
/index1.htm
92.68.1.0 - 92.68.1.255 http://abc.com
205.1.12.0-
61.1.12.255 http://xyz.com
