I need to set up a cron job, that does numerous things. This will be the
first one that I setup so I need a bit of help.

I have my Antispam Gateway running on a solaris machine, first thing I need to
do is stop the ASG services. Next I need to either copy the data directory or
gzip the directory, but leave the contents of the data in place. I then need
to either cp or rcp the new gzip file to my log server, and finally need to
restart the ASG services.

Anybody willing to give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated.
