I receive many reference links, but one exists, that can be
very useful:

This doc, cover all possible tunable kernel parameters in Solaris.

In my case, i'm using the follow parameters:

set ncsize
set nfs:nfs_nra
set nfs:nfs3_nra
set nfs:nfs_max_threads
set nfs:nfs3_max_threads
