CG12 and Solaris 2.4

Many thanks to Casper Dik and Susan M. Menig for pointing me to the

correct package which is available under Solaris 2.4 (despite no mention

within Answerbook).

Package SUNWcg has been loaded and CG12 now works under 2.4.
