cg12 driver for solaris 2.5

The cg12 was dropped from solaris 2.5.

The SPARC:Installation Notes for Solaris 2.5 (Page 37) states that

the GS and GT graphics devices are no longer supported in 2.5.

They have reached the End-Of-Life (EOL) cycle.
